HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY NECKLACE / EARRINGS?
Our products are pretty easy on maintenance. Below are some care tips:
Do not wash, soak or scrub necklace/earrings.
For stains, use cloth and gently wipe with stain remover.
Air-dry necklace / earrings after wearing to remove any odour. Use fabric freshener sparingly.
Store necklace / earrings in original bag to prevent it from entangling with other accessories.
WHAT PAYMENT MODES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments made by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, STRIPE, Paypal and Apple Pay.
HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?
We provide free Registered Postage for all orders within Singapore. All international orders will be shipped via Registered Airmail. Shipping fees will vary due to your location, which will be calculated at checkout.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
Domestic shipping in Singapore will take 3-5 working days upon payment verification.
International shipping will take around 10-14 working days.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has been accepted by the local Post Office. In the rare occasion where there is a delay in delivery, we hope to seek your understanding that it is beyond our control at this point, and we will do our best to provide updates on the package.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Due to the small nature of our store, we regret to say that we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will do our best to resolve any discrepancies.
